Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. The withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

If you have a Leayarn account: Log in at https://shopify.com/70959300697/account, go to your Orders, and submit a return or cancellation request.
If you checked out with a phone number only: Use the link in your SMS order confirmation to request a return or cancellation.

For unfulfilled orders, you may request a cancellation until the order has been fulfilled.

Returning Items

Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the items to us. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in EUR. We will also refund the standard outbound shipping cost — we do not refund premium or express shipping upgrades.
